Smokin' Joe's brand name uses only the premium salmon to be selected for smoking. Once chosen,
the salmon are hand filleted and then marinaded in a brine. The salmon is then smoked over alder
wood. Finally, each fillet is inspected before it is sealed in a gold foil pouch known as a retort, which
locks in the salmon’s freshness and intense flavour. The Sockeye Salmon in a retort is then packed in
a gift sleeve or in our cedar gift box for aesthetic appeal with an North American Native Artwork.
No preservatives, colouring, or artificial ingredients are ever added to these
Kosher-certified All Natural Smoked Salmon fillets. Hight in Omega 3.
