With Smokin' Joe's brand name, only the premium salmon is selected for smoking. Once chosen,
the salmon is hand filleted, then marinated in a brine. The salmon is smoked over alder
wood. Finally, each fillet is inspected before sealed in a gold foil pouch known as a retort, this locks in the salmon’s freshness and intense flavour.
You can also choose to have your Salmon packed our cedar gift box for aesthetic appeal with an North American Native Artwork.
No preservatives, colouring, or artificial ingredients are ever added to our smoked salmon.
