BC Smoked Salmon, Jerky and Seafood Pate
Smokin' Joe's selects only premium Wild Pacific Salmon caught in the cold pristine waters off the West Coast of British Columbia Canada. Selected salmon are hand filleted, marinated in our special brine recipe and then slow smoked over alder wood. Each fillet is inspected before getting sealed in a gold foil pouch that locks in the salmon's freshness and intense smokey flavour.
You have the option of having your smoked salmon delivered in our cedar gift box adorned with an North American Haida Native Artwork. Our products make fantastic Christmas Gifts.
