Smokin' Joe's started out specializing in high quality Smoked Salmon and seafood products under the name of "Pacific Smoked Salmon Ltd." (Smokin' Joe's ™ brand name) which came together in 1999 in Victoria British Columbia, when a few retired Canadian Sailors decided that with the proper recipe and fish processing plant, Smoked Salmon in retort pouches should be a seafood treat to be enjoyed worldwide to any consumers.

Since incorporating, our company realized that the demand of high quality foods was growing tremendoustly. Realizing this, we needed to grow with the demand of the consumers and offer other specialty and quality food products.
