Spaghettini Con Salmone Affumicato
Spaghettini with Smoked Salmon (serves 4-6)

1 lbs/450g spaghettini
2 cups/450ml. Half & Half cream
¼ cup/50g lite unsalted butter
Salt
Freshly ground white pepper
8oz Pouch of Smokin' Joe's Smoked Salmon
2 tbsp/30g Parmesan Cheese coarsely grated
2 tsp/10g fresh parsley, finely chopped

Cook al dente 3-5 minutes for fresh pasta or 5-7 minutes for packages spaghettini
Cook cream in a large skillet on medium heat until it begins to bubble.
Add butter to cream and stir until well blended Season with salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)
Add spaghettini to cream and butter.
Toss and heat.
Add smoked salon to spaghettini and gently toss.
Put spaghettini into a warm serving bowl or on warm plates.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley,
